Using Our Creations - Terms of Use
All of our creations are intended for individual use only. They may be used on a personal or business web-site. Our creations may only be used on websites that are family and animal friendly. They may not be added to any collection, CD disc, or web site for re-sale, download, or for free. Our creations are not to be shared through any groups on or offline. This includes; graphics groups, paint shop pro groups, graphic design groups, tube sites, message boards, email groups, news groups, etc. Our creations are not to be redistributed in any way, shape, or form. You may not claim any of our creations as your own (say they were created by you). This includes: left sided backgrounds, all web sets, and seamless tiles. These terms apply to all of our creations.

By purchasing any of our creations, you agree to abide with our terms of use. If you do not agree, then please do not purchase any of our creations. We have posted little reminders through out our website to remind our visitors to read our terms of use. Whether you read our terms of use or not, you will still be legally bound by them. We reserve the right to make changes or modify our terms of use at any time.

Public Domain
All images, graphics, html, etc., on our web sites (Web Design by Bird & Birdboys Place) are copyrighted to us and belong only to us. This also includes all of our creations.  They may not be taken or used in any manner without our written consent.  Nothing within either of our web sites is public domain.

Payment Method
Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal. With PayPal you can use your credit card or have the funds deducted directly from your bank account. You no longer have to be a member of PayPal to use their services.

Return / Refund Policy - {Important - Please Read}
Once a left sided background, left sided web set, bordered web set, seamless tile or any of our creations has been sent / emailed to you, it can not be returned or refunded for any reason.  Once your purchase has been received, no credits or refunds will be issued (no exceptions). All of our creations are original. After sending the graphics to you, we would not be able to sell those particular graphics to anyone else. Make sure you choose the perfect graphic for your project before purchasing it. *Please refer to Order Cancellation.*

Order Cancellation - {Important - Please Read}
Once we receive a confirmation from PayPal of your purchase, you will have exactly 48 hours from the purchase date and time to let us know that you have changed your mind. Once we receive your order, we will email you to make sure all of your information is correct. At that time we will also remind you of the time limit. After the 48 hour wait, we will then email your purchase to you. Again, once the graphics are sent to you, no refunds / returns or credits will be issued. There are no exceptions to this. If you change your mind and contact us within the 48 hour time limit, a refund will be promptly made to you. All credits/ refunds will be made back to you through PayPal.

Graphics Included With All Web Sets
All left sided background sets and bordered web sets come with the exact graphics as shown on their individual preview pages. The preview page also has a list of the included graphics.  The html coding (as shown on the preview page) is included with every left sided and bordered web set we sell.  

Graphics Included With Left Sided Backgrounds
Since this is not a background set or a web set. The only thing that is  included with a left sided background is the background itself. We do not include any buttons, banners, html coding, etc. All you are purchasing is the background. If you see a background on our website that you would like us to make into a web set for you, email us. We would be glad to help you.

Seamless Background Tiles
When you purchase any seamless tiled background from us, all that is included is the tile. We do not include any buttons, banners, html coding, etc. All you are purchasing is the tile.

We do not remove any of our seamless background tiles from our site when they are purchased. These are left up to be re-sold again. The only exception to this would be if we were to make you a web set from a particular tile. If that were the case, then we would remove the tile from our website and it would not be sold again.

Custom Graphic Design
We can make custom graphics or a web page set for you using your own graphics as long as the graphics belong to you and are not copy righted to anyone else. Please visit our Custom Graphic Design Faq Page. Detailed information that you need to know is listed there.

We Do Not Resell Our Web Sets or Backgrounds
All of our left sided backgrounds, left sided web sets and bordered web sets are originals. No one has ever used them before. Once you purchase a particular left sided background, left sided web set, or bordered web set from us, it will be taken down from this site and will not be re-sold to anyone else.

Water Marking
All backgrounds and web sets are water marked to protect the images. If you purchase any of our creations, our water mark will be removed from the images before they are sent to you.

Web Set / Graphic Preview Pages
We used tables and borders when displaying some of our web sets. Simply use the html code provided with the set to get the same general look as our preview page. The coding is yours to use or you can set it up any way you would like. It is up to you to set up your page. We will only supply the graphics that you purchase and the html coding. If you would like for us to set up the page for you, please contact us for a price.

Linking to Us
All of our left sided backgrounds and web sets come with a link back button.  It is entirely up to you if you want to use the button to link back to us.  A link back is never required but is always greatly appreciated.

Zipped Files
Because of the number of graphics included, all web sets (left sided & bordered) and the html for the sets are sent in a zip file. You will need a utility like Win-Zip to open them.  Plain left sided backgrounds and seamless tiles are not sent in a zip file.

Return / Refund Policy
